About this manual

The Leica DISTO X series (X3 and X4) is built for harsh environments with an IP65‑rated, fiberglass‑reinforced housing and a rubber outer shell that protects the sensor from dust, water and drops. The X3 focuses on rugged field use, while the X4 adds a digital targeting system that makes distant targets visible on a high‑resolution screen even in bright sunlight.

Both models support P2P (point‑to‑point) measurements via the optional DST‑360 adapter and include the Sketch Plan smart measurement tool, which creates scaled floor‑plan sketches, exports DXF/DWG files to CAD, and syncs data via Bluetooth to Android or iOS devices. Applications span construction, real‑estate, interior renovation, solar‑panel installation and more. This manual is written in Chinese.
