Technical specifications, material options, and dimensions for the LDK-4 and LDK-1 flange throttle valves.
The LDK-4 and LDK-1 flange throttle valves are compact control and shut‑off valves designed for installation between flanges according to DIN 24154 T2R2. They can be supplied in a wide range of materials and can be equipped with manual handles, pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuators, and various sealing options. Typical application areas include smelters, cement factories, glass factories, high‑temperature furnaces and dust extractors.
Technical data include differential pressure handling up to 100 mbar, operating temperatures from –100 °C to +1100 °C, and size ranges from DN 63 to DN 2000 (custom up to DN 3000). The valves offer impermeability classes of approximately 99 % to 99.95 % and can be fitted with gland seals, O‑rings, PTFE or EPDM seals, as well as double‑jacketed gaskets for 100 % leak tightness.
