NittoPhase HL and NittoPhase UnyLinker solid supports are universal supports designed for small to large-scale oligonucleotide synthesis. Derived from the integration of ISIS Pharmaceuticals' UnyLinker technology and Kinovate's proprietary solid support, these products offer high coupling efficiency (greater than 99%) and compatibility with standard reagents and deprotecting conditions.
The product is suitable for Phosphodiester DNA, Phosphorothioate DNA, 2'-O-Alkyl, siRNA, LNA and other modified oligonucleotides, as well as labeled oligonucleotides.
The product has been tested at a commercial scale of 900 mmol.
