The JMZX-212HAT surface smart string strain gauge offers high precision, long life, waterproof design, and built‑in temperature compensation.
The JMZX-212HAT surface smart string strain gauge is designed for stress‑strain measurement of concrete and steel structures in bridges, buildings, railways, dams and other civil engineering projects. Its lightweight structure and patented mounting base allow secure attachment with a small pulling force of 4–8 kg, ensuring the sensor deforms together with the measured structure.
Key features include high accuracy (0.2 %FS), high resolution (0.03 %FS, 1 µε), a measurement range of –1500 µε to +2500 µε, waterproof rating of 2 MPa, and a design life of 50 years. Models with a “T” suffix contain an internal semiconductor temperature sensor for temperature correction, while “A” suffix models are intelligent sensors with built‑in CPU, memory, and automatic diagnostics. This manual is written in Chinese.
