The ER series are quarter‑turn electric actuators designed for valve control with a manual override function. They feature a compact construction, four adjustable limit switches, IP66 protection and a temperature range of –10 °C to 55 °C.
The sheet lists torque ranges from 10 Nm to 100 Nm, multiple power supply options (100‑240 V AC / 100‑350 V DC), duty rating of 50 %, heating resistance values, and optional modules such as fail‑safe positioning and positioner interfaces. Turn the clutch knob to the MAN position, disengaging the reduction, and rotate the outgoing drive shaft with the handle or an adjusting spanner; release the knob to re‑engage the reduction.
The ER series provides torque ratings of 10 Nm, 20 Nm, 35 Nm, 60 Nm and 100 Nm depending on the model.
All ER actuators have an IP66 protection rating.
Models are available for 100‑240 V AC or 100‑350 V DC, with optional 15‑30 V AC/DC versions for lower voltage applications.
