About this manual

The anti‑BACE1 (42) rabbit IgG affinity‑purified antibody (code 28051) is raised against a synthetic peptide of human BACE1 (RLPRETDEEPEEPGRR) and reacts with BACE1 from human, mouse and rat. It is supplied as a lyophilized product (100 μg) and is intended for non‑clinical research applications such as immunocytochemistry and western blotting.

To use, add 1.0 mL deionized water to reconstitute to a concentration of 100 μg/mL. The lyophilized antibody is stable for 5 years at 2‑8 °C, and the reconstituted solution remains stable for 2 years at –20 °C. Recommended working dilutions are 1‑5 μg/mL for both immunocytochemistry and western blotting, but users should optimize conditions in their own laboratories.
