Hangzhou Freqcontrol provides optical grade lithium niobate wafers (SLN, CLN) with precise control of dimensions, surface quality, and material properties. The wafers are available in 2", 3" and 4" diameters, with thicknesses from 0.18 mm to 0.5 mm, and meet strict flatness and edge criteria.
These wafers are used in integrated waveguide photonics, waveguide lasers, electro‑optic modulators, quasi‑phase‑matched frequency conversion devices, and surface acoustic wave components.
