About this manual

The GBC2M-1 is a single‑phase, phase‑shift type thyristor voltage regulator designed for industrial applications such as heating elements, furnaces, welding machines, fans and pumps. It supports 220 V or 380 V input, a wide voltage range (AC 1 V‑AC 2400 V) and can drive resistive, inductive and transformer primary loads.

The manual covers normal operating conditions, installation and wiring guidelines, technical specifications, parameter adjustments, a light‑load test procedure, common fault diagnostics and warranty information. It also includes selection guides for different model variants and a complete parts list. This manual is written in Chinese.

Frequently asked questions

What are the normal operating conditions for the GBC2M-1?

The device can be used at altitudes up to 3000 m, ambient temperatures from –30 °C to 55 °C, relative humidity not exceeding 90 %, and in environments without conductive dust, explosive gases, corrosive metals, strong vibration or shock.

How should a light‑load test be performed before powering on the regulator?

Connect a dummy load of 200 W‑500 W (e.g., a lamp) using the same wiring as for the rated load, set the control to manual mode, and verify operation before applying full power.
