About this manual

The OmniCure 2000 Series is a smart UV/visible light spot curing system that uses a 200 W lamp to deliver up to 30 W/cm² of radiant power. It features Intelli‑Lamp® technology for lamp cooling and lifetime tracking, and a closed‑loop feedback system that automatically maintains the selected light intensity for consistent results.

The system can be calibrated with an optional R2000 light meter via wireless or serial communication, and it supports PLC or PC control through a 15‑pin I/O port. Optional band‑pass filters allow wavelength customization for a wide range of applications, including non‑stick surface curing of acrylic resins. The unit complies with CE, IEC, Canadian and US standards and includes safety features such as over‑heat protection and password lock. This manual is written in Chinese.
