This manual provides technical data, safety guidelines, installation, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting for DULCOTEST ICT 5 and ICT 5-IMA…
The DULCOTEST ICT 5 and ICT 5-IMA sensors use inductive measurement to determine the electrolytic conductivity of water‑based process liquids. They are designed for flow‑through operation (ICT 5) or immersion in tanks and open channels (ICT 5‑IMA) and can measure up to 2000 mS/cm with a short response time temperature sensor (Pt1000) for temperature compensation. Typical applications include water‑treatment, cooling‑tower control, seawater desalination, car‑wash water and other industrial water‑monitoring tasks.
The document covers safety and responsibility information, storage and transport requirements, detailed assembly and electrical installation steps, routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, spare‑part handling, accessories, and full technical specifications. It also lists the dimensions and ordering information for the two sensor models. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Measurement range | 0–2000 mS/cm |
|---|---|
| Range accuracy (0–2000 mS/cm) | ≤ 1 % |
| Electrode constant (k) | 6.25 1/cm |
| Temperature sensor | Pt1000, grade A |
| Protection rating | IP68 |
| Operating temperature range | -10 °C … +60 °C |
| Storage temperature range | -20 °C … +75 °C |
| Maximum process pressure (PP, 20 °C) | 10 bar |
The sensors can measure conductivity from 0 up to 2000 mS/cm.
Both sensor models have an IP68 protection rating.
A Pt1000 temperature sensor, grade A, is integrated for temperature compensation.
The electrode constant is k = 6.25 1/cm.
