The PCC-501 cement‑based crystalline waterproof coating from 东方雨虹 offers deep penetration, strong anti‑leak performance and self‑repair for concrete structures.
PCC-501 is a powder‑type, cement‑based waterproof coating that penetrates concrete up to 5 cm, forms a rigid crystalline layer, and blocks pores and micro‑cracks to enhance durability. It meets GB 18445‑2012 standards and is suitable for basements, tunnels, water tanks, sewage pits, elevator shafts, pools and chemical plant structures.
The product is supplied in 20 kg plastic buckets. It is mixed with water at a 1:(0.35‑0.4) weight ratio and applied by brush or dry‑powder spray at temperatures between 5 °C and 35 °C. After brushing, the coating should be cured for at least 72 hours (ideally 7 days) before exposure to water. This manual is written in Chinese.
