The eacy feed system combines high‑efficiency 24 V drive technology with a universal 115‑230 V power input, delivering up to 80% energy savings. Its modular design includes an acceleration sensor for stable output and offers up to twelve adjustable vibration waveforms to suit various part geometries.
Designed for smart factories and Industry 4.0 environments, the system can be controlled remotely via TCP/IP, integrated with DEPAI’s PFCi100 controller and DPU unit, and applied in both handheld and fixed automatic assembly lines.
