About this manual

The Crystal Engineering CPF System provides fast, safe, leak‑free connections for hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Connections can be made finger‑tight for pressures up to 10 000 psi (700 bar/70 MPa) or wrench‑tight for the same pressure range with a metal‑to‑metal seal. The system is compatible with standard medium‑pressure fittings from Autoclave, HiP and others.

The system includes a variety of male, female and bulkhead fittings, adapters, quick‑connect kits and hoses made from 316 stainless steel with a polyamide core. Temperature ratings span –40 °C to 150 °C, and the design offers a factor of safety greater than 4:1. Detailed part numbers, dimensions and kit contents are listed for each fitting type.
