The IC S 103 IC Scanner from Compliance Direction Systems provides precise near‑field electromagnetic field mapping for integrated circuits.
The IC S 103 is an integrated‑circuit electromagnetic field scanning system that uses near‑field probes (ICR) to measure electric and magnetic fields on IC surfaces. The scanner moves the probe in three axes with 25 mm travel and can rotate 360°, allowing 3‑D mapping and microscope observation of probe placement.
Control is performed via RS‑232 from a PC running the xy_mover 1.63D software, which offers zeroing, manual or trajectory‑based automated measurement, and 2‑D/3‑D result visualization. The system is powered by a 24 V supply drawing 0.2 A. This manual is written in Chinese.

The scanner can move 25 mm in the X, Y and Z directions and rotate a full 360°.
It operates from a 24 V supply and draws about 0.2 A of current.
The probes work from 16 kHz up to 3 GHz.
Control is via RS‑232 using the xy_mover 1.63D software on a PC.
