User manual for the POP text display HMI, covering hardware specs, software configuration, connection methods and troubleshooting.
The POP text display is a small HMI that connects to PLCs or other serial devices and shows text, data, indicators and graphics. It runs on Windows‑based JB‑HMI configuration software and supports up to about 50 monitor screens.
The manual describes hardware specifications, installation dimensions, key functions, communication interfaces (RS232/RS485/RS422), software usage, and a detailed FAQ for common issues such as power‑on black screen, communication errors, and password protection. This manual is written in Chinese.

Check that the DC24 V power is connected correctly and that the polarity is not reversed.
If the screen only contains text and function‑key components, the TXD lamp will not light because no data exchange occurs.
Verify that the correct device type is defined in the project file and that the communication cable and connections are correct.
