The Chenzhu CZ3072 isolation device converts thermocouple or millivolt signals to isolated 4‑20 mA or 0‑5 V outputs with cold‑junction compensation.
The CZ3072 is a thermocouple input isolator that transforms field thermocouple or millivolt signals into isolated 0‑4‑20 mA current or 0‑1‑5 V voltage outputs. It features automatic cold‑junction compensation, three‑level isolation (power, input, output), and can be configured via a PC using the EasyTT software.
Installation is performed on a DIN‑35 mm rail by clipping the top of the instrument into the rail and pushing the bottom in. Wiring uses detachable terminals with 0.5 mm² conductors and a lock‑nut M3 screw. The device operates from a 24 V DC supply (acceptable range 20‑35 V DC) and includes reverse‑polarity protection and EMC compliance. This manual is written in Chinese.

Clip the instrument’s top into the DIN‑35 mm rail and push the bottom end into the rail to secure it.
It can output either a 0‑4‑20 mA current signal (load ≤300 Ω) or a 0‑1‑5 V voltage signal (load ≥20 kΩ).
