The Buchi Sepacore is a modular preparation chromatography system offering flexible pump, injection, column and detector options for lab and industrial use.
The Sepacore® system is a fully modular preparation chromatography platform from Buchi. It combines a robust three‑piston pump, versatile injection units, a range of glass and flash columns, UV/visible detectors and an automated fraction collector, all controllable via SepacoreControl software.
The system can be configured for isocratic or gradient separations, with pressure capabilities up to 50 bar and flow rates from 2.5 mL/min to 250 mL/min. Optional accessories such as the Cartridger® column‑filling device and various detector modules expand its functionality for chemical, pharmaceutical and biochemical applications.
