User manual for the BTC BTC-4300 self-tuning fuzzy/PID process and temperature controller, covering installation, programming, applications, calibration…
The BTC BTC-4300 is a 1/4 DIN microprocessor-based process and temperature controller that combines fuzzy logic with PID control. It features a bright 4-digit LED display, three touch keys, and a user-configurable menu that can show up to five selected parameters. The controller accepts a wide range of input types including thermocouples, RTDs, and linear DC signals, and offers dual 2 A control relays and dual 2 A alarm relays as standard, with optional SSR drive, triac, or analog outputs.
The manual covers installation and wiring, basic and full function programming, application examples, calibration, error codes, specifications, and Modbus communications. Key functions include self-tuning, auto-tuning, pump control, ramp and dwell, remote set point, differential control, heater break and loop break alarms, and both RS-485 and RS-232 interfaces.
