CT6302B is a linear high‑current charger and boost controller for mobile power applications, offered in an eTSSOP‑16 package.
The CT6302B integrates a linear high‑current charging circuit (up to 1 A) and an asynchronous boost converter that provides a regulated 5.2 V output. It includes battery‑voltage detection, key‑press power control, LED illumination control, and multiple protection functions such as over‑temperature and over‑current protection.
Designed for large‑capacity single‑cell or parallel lithium‑ion/polymer batteries, the chip operates from 3.0 V to 5.5 V input and supports automatic on‑off behavior when an adapter is connected or when no load is present for more than 16.8 s. The datasheet provides pin descriptions, application schematics, electrical parameters, and PCB layout guidelines. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Maximum charging current | 1 A |
|---|---|
| Input voltage range | 3.0 V – 5.5 V |
| Boost output voltage | 5.2 V |
| Boost output current (typical) | ≥1 A |
| Charging voltage accuracy | ±1 % |
| Conversion efficiency (max) | 87 % |
| Operating temperature range | -20 °C – 85 °C |
| Package type | eTSSOP‑16 |
The chip can charge at up to 1 A, set by an external resistor.
If the adapter voltage exceeds 3.0 V while the device is in standby, it powers on automatically.
The boost converter provides a fixed 5.2 V output.
It includes output‑current limit, short‑circuit protection, over‑temperature protection, and automatic shutdown on no‑load.
