About this manual

The AMRL600 series radar level gauge uses time‑of‑flight measurement to convert echo time into level signals. It supports 4‑20 mA/HART output and can measure liquids, solids and powders in tanks up to 20 m (cable) or 6 m (rod).

The manual provides detailed installation guidance for cable‑type, rod‑type and coaxial probes, wiring instructions, and a full set of technical parameters such as accuracy, range, power requirements and explosion‑proof ratings. This manual is written in Chinese.

Frequently asked questions

What is the recommended minimum distance from the tank wall for a cable‑type probe?

The cable‑type probe should be installed at least 50 cm away from the tank wall.

How should the instrument be powered when using a HART adapter?

Supply 24 VDC to the instrument and add a 250 Ω resistor in series unless the instrument has an internal 250 Ω HART resistor.

What is the maximum measurement range for the rod‑type probe?

The rod‑type probe can measure up to 6 m.
