The Aeotec by Aeon Labs Smart Switch Gen5 is a Z-Wave compatible plug-in tool designed to provide convenience, control, and money-saving considerations. It allows users to turn appliances on and off directly via an Action Button or remotely through compatible controllers in their Z-Wave network. Unlike the standard Switch model, this device reports energy consumption data back to the gateway.
