The Actuonix L16 Miniature Linear Actuator data sheet provides specifications, model options, wiring details and performance data for robotics and other…
Actuonix Motion Devices’ L16 Miniature Linear Actuators are compact, self‑contained motion devices that offer position feedback, end‑of‑stroke limit switches or RC‑servo operation. They are offered with several gear ratios, stroke lengths and voltage options to suit a wide range of robotics, consumer appliances, toys, RC vehicles, automotive and industrial automation uses.
The product sheet outlines three configuration choices—stroke, gear ratio and controller—and describes the three controller options (S, P and R). Detailed wiring diagrams, electrical ratings, performance curves and optional accessories such as cable extensions and mounting brackets are included to help designers integrate the actuator into their systems.
| Gear Ratio | 35:1, 63:1, 150:1 |
|---|---|
| Peak Power | 50N @16mm/s, 75N @10mm/s, 175N @4mm/s |
| Max Speed (no load) | 32mm/s, 20mm/s, 8mm/s |
| Max Force (lifted) | 50N, 100N, 200N |
| Stroke Options | 50 mm, 100 mm, 140 mm |
| Mass | 56 g, 74 g, 84 g |
| Feedback Potentiometer | 6 kΩ±50%, 11 kΩ±50%, 16 kΩ±50% |
| Maximum Duty Cycle | 20 % |
The –P actuators include an analog potentiometer that outputs a voltage proportional to the actuator’s stroke, which can be read on the wiper pin.
The maximum duty cycle is specified as 20 %.
