MAST5-5C-U17 is a 5-channel IGBT driver board with 5-channel IGBT drivers with a maximum drive current of 5A, 5 channels of mutually isolated DC-DC with an isolation voltage of 3500VAC, current-source drive mode, which reduces Miller effect time and switching loss under the same EMI conditions.
