ASIKEY KGCZ01 Phase Shift Loop Rectifier Trigger Plate Technical Manual

KGCZ01 single-phase universal AC (closed-loop) rectifier trigger board can be used for single-phase full-bridge rectifier, half-bridge rectifier, single-phase full-wave rectifier and other circuit structures of thyristor trigger control. The trigger board contains power transformer, synchronous signal detection, sawtooth wave forming circuit, closed-loop PI regulator and pulse transformer output unit. According to actual needs, it can be constructed into a single-phase controllable silicon rectifier system with constant voltage or constant current output function. The output of this trigger board can be manually adjusted and can also be controlled by standard signals.

Frequently asked questions

How do I calibrate the manual constant‑voltage control?

Connect the circuit as described in Wiring Instruction 1, set the manual control voltage input (P) to 10 VDC with the potentiometer, then adjust the feedback resistor RF until the output voltage reaches its maximum value.

How do I select constant‑voltage or constant‑current mode?

Set switch K1 to the desired control mode (SD for manual, ZD for automatic), then position switch K3 to UF for constant‑voltage or CF for constant‑current operation.
