Solinst 800 Series Low Pressure Air Separators are simple and inexpensive, hand-pumped air separators, available in 1.8 inch and 3.7 inch (46 mm and 94 mm) diameters. Designed primarily for use in 2 inch and 4 inch (50 mm and 100 mm) monitoring wells, they can also be used in smooth-bore wells and in wells with an inside diameter of 1.9 inches to 5 inches (48-127 mm). Typical inflation pressures are 20 to 40 psi (140-345 kPa) acting on the hydrostatic head for the 1.8 inch separator and 20-30 psi (140-205 kPa) for the 3.7 inch (94 mm) separator.
The Solinst 800 series low‑pressure pneumatic packer is designed for use in 2‑inch and 4‑inch wells, suitable for both smooth‑bore and cased wells with internal diameters from 1.9 to 5 inches. It operates with a pneumatic charging system and includes accessories for various well sizes.
