CM320240-8 is a matrix LCD display module with Chinese and English text and drawing mode. It has 512KByte ROM font code, which can display Chinese characters, numbers, symbols, English, Japanese and European letters. It also has two layers (Two Page) of display memory. In text mode, it can receive standard Chinese character codes to display Chinese directly, without entering the drawing mode to draw Chinese in a drawing way. It can save a lot of microprocessor time and improve the processing efficiency of Chinese display on LCD. In addition to supporting MCUs of the 8080/6800 series, CM320240-8 also provides 4-Bit or 8-Bit data bus interfaces. When the font is 16x16, it can show 4/8 rows x 15 columns of full-width Chinese characters. In terms of font, there are many font sizes available, such as 16x16, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64 and different proportions of hybrid display modes. At the same time, the built-in 512Byte SRAM provides the function of self-made characters. In addition, CM320240-8 integrates a number of practical interfaces, including the built-in 10-Bit ADC provides a touch screen function, as well as 4x8 or 8x8 keyboard scanning interface (Key Scan).
