CM320240-8 is a matrix LCD display module with Chinese and English text and drawing mode. It has 512KByte ROM font code, which can display Chinese characters, numbers, symbols, English, Japanese and European letters. It also has two layers (Two Page) of display memory. In text mode, it can receive standard Chinese character codes to display Chinese directly, without entering the drawing mode to draw Chinese in a drawing way. It can save a lot of microprocessor time and improve the processing efficiency of Chinese display on LCD. In addition to supporting MCUs of the 8080/6800 series, CM320240-8 also provides 4-Bit or 8-Bit data bus interfaces.
