About this manual
The TH4108-M/A remote controller is an intelligent instrument for operating a frequency transformer over RS485 networks. It can start, stop, accelerate, decelerate, and reverse the transformer while displaying set and actual frequencies. Communication distance can reach up to 1200 m at 9600 bps, reducing interference.
The device features external operation buttons, master/monitor modes, and LED indicators (RUN, FWD/REV, ERR, COM). Two hardware versions (M and A) differ in size, power inputs, and button layout. The manual provides detailed wiring diagrams, parameter configuration, and safety precautions for reliable installation and use. This manual is written in Chinese.

Frequently asked questions
How far can the controller communicate via RS485?
The controller can communicate up to 1200 meters at a baud rate of 9600 bps.
Which LEDs indicate the controller status on the M‑type unit?
The M‑type unit has four LEDs: RUN, FWD/REV, ERR, and COM.
How are the external I/O ports activated?
All external I/O signals are low‑level active; closing the corresponding contact drives the function.
