Sikafloor -261 is a two-component, multipurpose epoxy resin adhesive. Due to its low viscosity, it can be used as self-leveling broadcast layer, textured coating, screed and sealer.
Sikafloor-261 is a low‑viscosity, two‑component epoxy floor coating suitable for self‑leveling, texture, wear‑resistant and sealing layers on concrete and cement floors in warehouses, workshops, garages and loading ramps. It offers good chemical resistance, mechanical wear resistance, easy application and a slip‑resistant, glossy surface.
The manual details substrate preparation, mixing (77 : 23 weight ratio), application tools, curing times at different temperatures, storage conditions, and health‑safety measures. It also lists technical specifications, recommended thicknesses for various coating systems, and guidelines for cleaning tools after use. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Density of component A | ≈ 1.53 kg/L |
|---|---|
| Compressive strength (resin) | ≈ 60 N/mm² (28 days, +23 °C) |
| Bending strength (resin) | ≈ 30 N/mm² (28 days, +23 °C) |
| Adhesion strength | > 1.5 N/mm² |
| Wear resistance (Taber test) | 70 mg loss |

| Short‑term temperature resistance | Up to +100 °C for 12 h |
| Storage temperature range | +5 °C to +30 °C, 24 months shelf life |
Mix component A and component B by weight in a 77 : 23 ratio.
Store the sealed product between +5 °C and +30 °C in dry conditions; the shelf life is 24 months from the production date.
The concrete base must have at least 25 N/mm² compressive strength.
Apply Sikafloor-261 when the substrate temperature is between +10 °C and +30 °C.
