Frequently asked questions

How can I reset the watch if the buttons do not respond?

Press and hold all buttons simultaneously for about 2 seconds until numbers appear on the display, then release to reset the device.

Why does the altitude reading change when I am not moving?

The watch converts atmospheric pressure into altitude, so changes in weather or ambient pressure can cause the displayed altitude to vary even while stationary.

What does “Memory low” indicate?

It means the internal memory is almost full (about 1 hour of storage left); you should transfer data to Polar ProTrainer5 and clear the memory.
