The 42 series self‑acting differential pressure control valves are designed for district heating networks, large heating systems and industrial installations. They regulate pressure differentials from 0.05 to 10 bar for liquids, steam (5 °C‑350 °C), air and non‑combustible gases up to 80 °C.
The manual describes the valve’s low‑noise, low‑maintenance design, material options (cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel, stainless steel), and the configuration of actuators (2422, 2424, 2428). Installation guidance, working principle, technical data tables, and ordering information are included. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Nominal size (DN) | DN 15 to DN 250 |
|---|---|
| Nominal pressure (PN) | PN 16, 25, 40 |
| Maximum temperature with condensate tank | 350 °C |
| Maximum temperature without condensate tank | 150 °C (liquid), 80 °C (air/gas) |
| Pressure differential range (Δp) | 0.05 bar to 10 bar |
The valve can be set to regulate pressure differentials from 0.05 bar up to 10 bar.
Valve bodies are offered in cast iron, ductile cast iron, cast steel, stainless cast steel, and forged steel for larger sizes.
