SUSE Linux Enterprise 10 provides the tools necessary for everyday tasks for linux* users. It communicates with the underlying linux system via an easy-to-use graphical user interface (GNOME* desktop) to access and manage files, folders, and programs. SUSE Linux Enterprise provides a broad range of integrated application suites for office, multimedia, and Internet activities. These include the OpenOffice.org suite, which allows files to be edited and saved in a variety of formats. The office suite can be used on multiple operating systems, so the same data can be used on different computing platforms.
