Zelio Logic logic controller is designed for simple automation systems, Combining cost control and product performance. Zelio Logic provides two models - basic models (non-expandable modules) and extended models (expandable modules), and supports two programming languages - ladder diagram (LD) and function block diagram (FBD).
About this manual
The Zelio Logic controller is designed for simple automation systems with I/O ranging from 10 to 40 points. It offers two hardware versions – a basic (non‑expandable) model and an extended (expandable) model, and supports both ladder diagram (LD) and function block diagram (FBD) programming languages. The controller can be powered from 24 VAC (100‑240 VAC) or 12 VDC/24 VDC and includes a ten‑year data and time backup.
Programming is performed with the Zelio Soft 2 software, which provides a drag‑and‑drop interface, error detection, simulation and monitoring. Communication options include a built‑in LCD panel, Ethernet, Bluetooth, a programming cable and a modem for remote access. Expansion modules add additional I/O, Modbus or Ethernet networking, and the controller can be mounted on DIN rails or panels. This manual is written in Chinese.
