The PET816 portable DVD player is powered by a built‑in Ni‑MH rechargeable battery. To charge, switch the POWER button to OFF, connect the supplied power line or car adapter, and watch the red CHG indicator light. When the light turns off, the battery is fully charged and the power source can be removed.
To use the player, turn POWER to ON, open the disc tray with the OPEN button, load a disc label side up, and close the tray. Playback starts automatically; if it does not, press the "2" key. The device also provides an AV OUT socket for connecting to a TV, allowing video and audio output. This manual is written in Chinese.
