HT46R47, HT46R22, HT46R23, HT46R24 are a series of A/D type microcontrollers from HOLTEK SEMICONDUCTOR. They have multiple function and feature, which can be widely used in consumer electronics, industrial control, communication equipment and other fields.
The HT46R47/HT46R22/HT46R23/HT46R24 series are 8‑bit high‑performance RISC microcontrollers with integrated multi‑channel A/D converters and PWM outputs.
