The Pre‑classified Filing Subsystem is a component of the commodity pre‑classification filing and comparison system. It runs on a client‑server architecture, with client software deployed at enterprises and a server at the Qingdao data center, communicating with customs via MXP messages.
The manual describes the required runtime environment, step‑by‑step installation of .NET Framework 1.1, WSE 2.0, and the electronic port card driver, as well as login procedures, data entry, filing, query, change, and retrieval functions. This manual is written in Chinese.

Run the dotNetFramework installer from the setup CD, first executing "dotNetFrameworkvdotnetfx.exe" and then "dotNetFramework\langpack.exe" with the default options.
Insert the IC card, enter your password, and click the "登录" button; after verification you will be taken to the main interface.
If a server‑connection timeout occurs, log out and log in again to re‑establish the connection.
