The ZN-209 capsule board consists of four parts: a bottom plate, a cover plate, a loading guide plate, and a closing guide plate. The manual describes each component and how they fit together.
The operation procedure includes placing the bottom plate on a level surface, positioning the guide plates, filling the powder with a special tool, and finally flipping the assembled boards 180° to discharge the capsules. Place the bottom plate on a horizontal surface and set the guide board on it.
After the bottom shell is fully positioned, fill the powder using a special tool.
Flip the two assembled boards together 180° to release the capsules.
