The Nanoeast 300 nm Magnetic Beads specification sheet details bead types, sizes, concentrations and usage notes.
The 300 nm magnetic bead series from Nanoeast includes carboxyl, streptavidin, amino and silica‑hydroxyl beads. Each type can be covalently coupled to peptides, proteins, antibodies or nucleic acids for applications such as chemiluminescence, affinity purification, cell sorting and biosensing.
The sheet provides key parameters such as particle size, hydrodynamic diameter, zeta potential and standard concentrations (10 mg/mL in 10 mL). Ordering numbers (e.g., Mag9200‑Mag9310) and manufacturer contact details are also listed. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Carboxyl bead SEM size | 310 ± 20 nm |
|---|---|
| Carboxyl bead hydrodynamic size | 351 ± 7 nm |
| Carboxyl bead Zeta potential | -28.8 ± 1.1 mV |
| Carboxyl bead concentration | 10 mg/mL (10 mL) |
| Streptavidin bead concentration | 10 mg/mL (10 mL) |
Beads should be fully mixed before taking to prevent changes in concentration.
After taking the beads, perform magnetic separation and wash 2‑3 times with pure water or the buffer solution used.
During use and storage, avoid freeze‑thaw cycles.
