The handbook was prepared with support from multiple research institutes and universities, including the Mechanical Industry Design Research Institute, the First, Second, and Fifth Design Research Institutes of the Mechanical Industry Ministry, the Beijing Iron and Steel Design Research Institute of the Metallurgical Ministry, the Aviation Industry Planning and Design Institute, the Shanghai Mechanical and Electrical Design Institute, Beijing University of Science and Technology, and Dalian Far East Industrial Furnace Development Company.
