VA7930 High Efficiency DC-DC Step-Down Converter

The VA7930 is a 1MHz high efficiency DC-DC step-down converter with a built-in P-MOS switch tube and N-MOS synchronous rectifier. Under a certain load, the VA7930 operates in pulse width modulation (PWM) mode; under light load, it operates in pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode.
