ULN2803 Darlington Array Power Drive IC

The ULN2803 is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array consisting of eight NPN Darlington transistors. All units share a common emitter, and each unit uses an open collector output. Each pair of Darlingtons is connected in series with a 2.7K base resistor, directly compatible with TTL and 5V CMOS circuits, and can directly process data that originally required a standard logic buffer to process.
