Analysis and improvement of manual screen printing production process

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the manual screen printing production process and propose improvement suggestions to improve production efficiency. The research object is Eiko Graphics, a small and medium-sized enterprise. The research method is as follows: First, analyze the manual screen printing production process of Eiko Graphics and find out the problems in the production process; then, propose improvement suggestions and simulate them through Arena software; finally, analyze the simulation results and propose improvement suggestions. The results show that the improved production process can effectively improve production efficiency.
