Novozym® 51032 Lipase

Novozym® 51032 Lipase is a lipase that hydrolyzes ester bonds to form glycerides. This product is produced by submerged fermentation of a genetically modified microorganism, and the enzyme protein is a product of protein engineering. Some enzyme preparations are isolated and purified from the production strain.
