Through the collection, integration and in-depth mining of massive data, it analyzes and extracts the mechanism and spatiotemporal variation law of water resources formation, development, utilization, regeneration and maintenance, and then summarizes and concludes the ways and means of sustainable development and utilization of water resources. Through the Water Resources Professional Knowledge Service System Platform of China Engineering Science and Technology Knowledge Center, it provides knowledge services for scientific and technological innovation and development in water resources fields such as water resources related business management, and provides auxiliary decision-making support for macro-control and decision-making of the national water resources industry, and plays an important role as a national management tool and staff assistant.
