HV1027 Product Manual

The HV1027 series driver is based on Firstack's digital intelligent IGBT driver and is specially developed for IHV packages. It is a plug-and-play driver that is suitable for 4500V and 6500V IGBT modules. It has strong functions, high reliability, good EMC characteristics, and is suitable for two-level and multi-level converters. Applications cover military, rail transportation, industrial drive and intelligent grid.
