CNMV launches “Welcome to Spain” plan

This is a document about a plan launched by the Spanish regulator CNMV, called “Welcome to Spain”. The plan aims to attract financial institutions from the EU, especially those based in the UK, to Spain. The plan includes a “fast-track” authorisation process that is described in the handbook.
