The QCT and QCB Guide Cylinder Series features integrated guides for double-acting, magnetic piston, guided cylinders with diameters of 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, and 63 mm. These actuators are suitable for use in very limited space and are available in two versions: The QCT version, with sintered bronze bushings, is suitable for use when high side loads are applied to the cylinder. The QCB version, with linear ball bearings, is suitable for high precision and fast cycling applications. Both versions are equipped with fixed cushioning to prevent direct impact with the end covers. The design of the cylinder body allows the cylinder to be mounted using either the top, bottom, or side faces. Several “T” shaped grooves in two faces allow sensors to be fitted in a number of positions. Out of standard strokes are available only on demand.
