The contract stipulates the basic information of the collection plan, participation and withdrawal, self-owned funds of the manager to participate in the collection plan, the classification of the collection plan, the management mode and management authority of the collection plan customer assets, the establishment of the collection plan, the account and assets of the collection plan, the custody of the collection plan assets, the valuation of the collection plan, the fees and performance fees and taxes of the collection plan, the distribution of income of the collection plan, the investment concept and investment strategy, the investment decision and risk control, the investment prohibition behavior, the information disclosure of the collection plan, the transfer of the collection plan shares, the non-trading transfer and freezing, the extension of the collection plan, the termination and liquidation of the collection plan, the rights and obligations of the parties, the breach of contract liability, the applicable law and dispute resolution, risk disclosure, the establishment and effectiveness of the contract, the supplement, modification and change of the contract, notification and delivery, or other matters.
