A multi-path COS welding fixture is disclosed, comprising a sintering table, a base plate and a needle bed plate. The base plate is fixed on the sintering table. A recess for placing a heat sink plate is provided on the base plate. The needle bed plate is mounted on the upper side of the recess. The two sides of the needle bed plate are respectively fixedly connected to the base plate through fastening screws. The needle bed plate has multiple resilient compression components for pressing each COS chip. The needle bed plate has a lock mechanism corresponding to the compression component to limit the position of the compression component.
