A gear oil filter device and a gearbox are disclosed, which comprises a magnetic strip and a net bag mounted on the magnetic strip, the inner side of the net bag is hollow, and the net bag is a closed structure with two ends, and one end is provided with a removable cap. The filter device is used to be installed in the filter oil passage or oil drain hole of the gearbox shell.
