Tenofovir alafenamide (TFA) MB1362

Tenofovir alafenamide is a tenofovir prodrug that can be delivered to lymphoid cells and tissues through oral administration, and is used to treat HIV and hepatitis B. It has effective anti-HIV activity, with an IC50 of 0.005 μM. In male Beagle dogs, GS 7340 (10 mg/kg, p.o.) increased the distribution to lymphoid tissues.
